Aggravated
I am super mad right now. I hadn't heard anything about my test results so I called my dr.'s office and spoke with a really rude nurse (which made things that much worse) who told me that I'd have to call back Monday...today is Thursday...that they still don't have my results and they probably won't for 7 to 10 days, even though the dr. herself said this would only take a couple of days. So basically even if I call Monday they still won't have them. The hospital has a lab, but they still sent my test off to be done. That ticks me off. Why do they have a lab then? Every time I've had testing done there the dr. never tells me the results unless I straight out ask her which makes me mad too. I'm paying out the butt for this stuff, I deserve to know what the deal is. I have been worried since the beginning of time about my baby having the same thing my brother had, now I have to wait even longer to find out. One more thing since I'm on a rant. You would think a nurse working in a OB/GYN office around pregnant women all day would have had to learn the word COMPASSION at some point. But hey, I figure I'd get the same crap at any other dr.'s office around.
I don't really think anything is wrong with the baby. It's just something I've been worried about, and it's hard knowing that the answer is right there but I have to wait for it.
